This level of sponsorship includes: Logo placement at one of the break stations Logo placement on the conference website with link Half- page advertisement in company brochure Exhibitor space with two exhibitor registrations Company description in program brochure Discount on conference attendance Attendee mailing list Bag inserts B. ADVERTISING Presentation slides, notes and detailed outlines for all sessions will be assembled into a program brochure and given to every registrant. The brochure serves as the crucial hands-on learning tool and as a continual reference for conference attendees. Full, half, and quarter page ads in black and white are available for the inside pages. Advertising Options: Full Page 8" wide x 10.5" - $575 Half Page 8" wide x 5.25" - $400 Quarter Page 3.25" wide x 4.5" - $275 Requirements - High resolution PDF, TIFF, PSD, EPS, and JPEG. (Please be sure to flatten image.) Closing Dates - Insertion orders are due by July 20, 2009. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the closing date of publication.
